At Art By Zette, each piece is carefully handcrafted and created with attention to detail. Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or ordering mistakes.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Once we review your claim, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement item or store credit at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
• Custom or personalized artwork
• Handmade items with minor variations that are part of the artistic process
• Items damaged through misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
• Sale or clearance items
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective. Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
